Ethan was born and raised in the Inland Empire of Southern California.  He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Cal State San Bernardino with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management in 2012. Ethan enjoyed managing and operating a few different businesses early on in his career, and was always involved in family real estate ventures through his life.  He joined Capital United, a commercial real estate brokerage, as a loan officer in 2017 where he originated loans for various commercial real estate asset types through 2022.

Ethan has a detail-oriented mindset and prides himself on outstanding relationship management and customer service.   He enjoys spending time finding the best suitable lender with the lowest interest rate that best fits his client’s needs.

He has a wide knowledge of commercial real estate and has closed every type of commercial project but, prides himself on multifamily and NNN retail.
