Prior to joining Convoy Capital, Greg James led Capital Markets for StarPoint Properties, where he was responsible for raising all debt and equity for the company, launching new private investment vehicles, and overseeing investor relations. Before StarPoint, Greg was a Director of Finance at the Irvine Company, where he managed the company’s pipeline of capital requests and approvals across all of its major divisions.

At Convoy, Greg combines a depth of knowledge about all real estate product and project types with a commitment to finding the best possible financing solutions for clients.

Greg earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus on real estate finance and development.
