Brian Asheghian, Vice President at Convoy Capital, is responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing loan transactions, ranging from permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine financing with agency, bank, CMBS, life company, hard money, and SBA execution routes. Brian specializes in ground up construction financing on multifamily development projects.

Prior to joining Convoy Capital in January 2024, Brian was a Director at Continental Partners for 6 years and closed over $400 million in loan transactions during his tenure.

Before Brian started as a loan originator, he worked as a senior analyst at Marcus & Millichap as well as a financial analyst at George Smith Partners.

In his free time, Brian spends time with family and friends. He is an avid Los Angeles Lakers and Rams fan. Brian graduated from Boston University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Brian is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in the State of California.
