Eric Abergel is one of the most talented commercial mortgage brokers in Southern California. He previously worked for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation where he most recently served as a First Vice President. Eric brings to Convoy Capital a wealth of experience in the multifamily and commercial debt space. Throughout his career, Eric has assisted his clients by finding the best and most competitive lending sources to finance their multi-family and commercial properties. He has worked with a wide range of lenders and has maintained excellent relationships.
Ben Gilberts grew up and attended high school in El Segundo, CA before going on to earn his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon with a concentration in Sports Business. After graduating, Ben moved back to the South Bay and went on to work in sales for the LA Clippers, and most recently for University of Southern California Athletics as their Sales Manager.
In his role as Sales Manager with Convoy Capital, Ben focuses on training, recruitment, production, growth, and profitability. Ben takes a detail-oriented management approach, and his strong leadership skills and positive attitude act as a solid foundation for coaching and motivation. His main priority is the success of the team and the satisfaction of its clients.
David Ghannadi is a southern California native and a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with more than thirteen years of experience in the banking and lending industry.
Travis Bradford, born and raised in Manhattan Beach, CA, started his career in commercial real estate finance upon graduating Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Having interned for Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate while attending college, Travis had a solid foundation of the various aspects involved in closing a successful real estate transaction. Not only did he learn how to underwrite and analyze investment properties, but he also realized the importance of putting the client first in all transactions. These experiences have helped Travis tremendously when it comes to working with brokers in order to meet strict close of escrow deadlines and communicating with the client throughout the loan process.
As a Loan Analyst / Sales Associate, Travis prides himself on his ability to underwrite and quote deals quickly for existing and potential new clients as well as brokers so that they can see the various loan options available and make the best decision in regards to financing. Travis utilizes his extensive knowledge of the lending world and relationships with a wide array of lenders to provide clients with the best financing options available based on their needs. Understanding the loan process can be daunting to many people, it is Travis’s goal to make obtaining a loan as easy and seamless as possible by limiting the amount of work our clients have to do from start to finish.
Brian Fung was born and raised in Hawaii and loves to bring the Aloha Spirit to the business world. He comes from a family with core principals centered around investing and thinking long term. Fresh out of college, Brian managed a rental portfolio well over 100 properties consisting of single family homes and small multifamily apartment buildings. After property management, Brian became top producer for CIVIC Financial Services, one of the top Private Money/Bridge Lenders in the nation. As a broker, Brian’s analytical approach focuses on providing alignment between the loan product and the big picture of the client’s wealth strategy. When Brian is not in the office, he focuses his time on making memories with his family.
Hayden graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia (Mizzou) with a double emphasis in Finance & Banking and Real Estate in December 2015. Upon graduation, he started his career as an analyst, then progressed into a sales role where in marketed, originated, and closed over $25,000,000 in bank, credit union, bridge, and agency debt at Fidelity Bancorp Funding. In order to gain additional industry insight, Hayden worked as an analyst for 1.5 years at Pacific Southwest Realty Services (PSRS) to further his experience within life company and CMBS programs before moving to Convoy Capital in November 2020. Outside of work, Hayden will spend time outdoors skiing, hiking, camping, going to the beach and attempting to improve his terrible golf game. He also enjoys the night life, seeing live concerts, and general socializing with friends and family.

Corey Rasmussen is a Southern California Native, and the product of a Real Estate family. Corey joined Convoy Capital after 5 years of experience with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate where he specialized in multifamily investment sales specifically on the West Side of Los Angeles, South Bay and Orange County.
Tyler Green has over 7 years of multi-family real estate investment and finance experience. Prior to joining Convoy Capital, he was both an asset manager and acquisitions associate for Monem Corporation who owned and managed roughly 1,200 units.
Nick safeguards our business operations by bringing a deep bench of operational expertise to Convoy Capital. With his experience building networks and IT Frameworks Nick keeps all things digital running smoothly.

Originally from Monterey, CA, Garrett earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University with a double concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurial Studies. He began his real estate and business career at 16, co-founding a company that delivered Insurance Providers with evaluations of safety codes for their insured commercial real estate properties. He obtained his foundation in Multi-Family underwriting and analysis at Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment group.
Since joining First Pacific Financial in early 2015, Garrett has underwritten and helped transact nearly $1 Billion in commercial debt requests. One of his main strengths and contribution to the First Pacific team is his vast knowledge of product offerings & small balance lenders operating in the Southern CA Multifamily & Commercial Market. As an agent, Garrett strives to understand the objectives of his clients and identify the most competitive debt providers for their specific transaction. His knowledge of underwriting loans & analyzing borrower credit, allows him to navigate the market and place his client’s transactions with the most competitive lending sources.
At work Garrett’s focus is on commercial loans ranging from $400K – $50MM. Outside of the office, Garrett enjoys giving back to the community. He is currently the Treasurer for the Manhattan Beach Rotaract which is a young professional group focused on service in the South Bay.
